ThinkSLean is a project founded by José Luis Salvatierra, built on a deep understanding of the LEAN methodology. When they reached out to us, the goal was clear: to completely redesign the website to better reflect the brand’s value and professional presence.
After analyzing the original ThinkSLean website, we identified the need for a complete redesign of its visual identity and user experience. The site required updated banners and a refreshed color palette to convey a more modern and cohesive visual tone.
We also saw key opportunities to improve the button hierarchy, navigation flow, and layout of elements to create a smoother and more intuitive user journey.
In parallel, José Luis had a clear vision for the new site: to integrate two essential features:
An online store to sell his LEAN-focused articles in downloadable PDF format.
A personalized coaching section, where users could book sessions directly through the website, easily and efficiently.
Our first step was to design a clear and scalable website layout that could support all of its key features. We organized the content into three main sections: Consulting, Training, and Coaching. Each section included a list of services, with sub-services structured according to the specific needs of the offering.
With the site architecture defined, we moved on to the visual design. The original color palette—limited to light blue and white—felt too monotonous and lacked versatility. We proposed a new system with three primary colors, each representing one of the site’s core sections:
Blue for Consulting
Yellow for Training
Charcoal Gray for Coaching
This approach not only gave each section a distinct visual identity but also enhanced navigation and content comprehension. The blue and yellow tones were prioritized for call-to-action buttons, reinforcing consistency and clarity across the interface.
Additionally, in the Coaching section, we implemented an interactive scheduling system. This feature allows users to book their sessions based on real-time availability. Depending on the type of coaching selected, users can choose both the date and time that works best for them—making the booking experience more intuitive and user-friendly.
